Dynamic Catalog & Shopping Cart
One of the keys to generating sales on-line is making it easy for your buyers to browse your products by minimizing the number of clicks to view a product. Our Dynamic Catalog features a three-click-to-product design. The first product page that your buyers browse is typically a static product line page, the second will be a product listing page, and the final page will provide product information and an enlarged product image. From there, the buyer will have the option of continuing to browse or to add the product to their Shopping Cart (if available).
Since the order entry process takes place on a secure server, all information provided is protected from unauthorized use. Once buyers have added items to the Shopping Cart and are ready to check out, they become registered users by submitting their personal, shipping, and payment information. With our credit card authorization option, this information is then encrypted or "scrambled" using SSL technology. It is then sent to a credit card authorization company for approval. When the authorization process is complete—this takes around three seconds—the Shopping Cart receives an approval or decline response. If the order is approved, an "order confirmation" e-mail is sent to the customer and an "order placed" e-mail is sent tot he site administrator. It normally takes three business days for the money to be deposited into your bank account. Registered customers are able to check the status of their order using the Shopping Cart's order tracking feature.
